  • Protect passwords, verification codes, and sessions, and do not sell, rent, or maliciously share an account.
  • Contact us after discovering unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions initiated through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Use the service only for lawful purposes and ensure you have rights to content you upload, paste, or generate. The following activities are prohibited:

  • Infringing privacy, intellectual property, trade secrets, or other lawful rights.
  • Using generated test data for fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, or verification bypass.
  • Distributing malware, attacking the service, bypassing limits, bulk scraping, or interfering with other users.
  • Uploading unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized files or data.

You retain rights to your lawful content and grant VisTool the permission needed to process it for providing, securing, and improving the requested service. VisTool’s design, code, branding, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features because of maintenance, security, provider changes, cost, or legal requirements. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee that every tool is uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

We may restrict access, cancel tasks, or terminate service for violations, security threats, or material risk. Liability is governed by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted, VisTool is not liable for indirect loss, lost expected profit, or loss caused by a user’s failure to retain original data.
